You may redeem your KrisFlyer miles for an upgrade to the next class of travel from the class of the ticket purchased on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and selected Star Alliance carriers. You can upgrade from Economy to Business Class or from Business to First Class when you purchase a ticket on an eligible fare. Economy Class tickets purchased in S, Y, B or E booking classes on Singapore Airlines are eligible for the upgrade redemption award. Economy Class tickets purchased in V, Q, G, N, T, W or L booking classes on SilkAir are not eligible for upgrade redemption award.
