First seating is the earliest evening dining time available, usually around 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm. Elderly passengers and families with children tend to select this seating. Second seating is the later dining time, usually around 8:00 pm or 8:30 pm. Norwegian offers “Free Style” cruising which you may dine when you want. Princess offers along with set dining times “Personal Choice” which you may dine when you want.
