The federal grant budget fluctuates from year to year based on the various economy indicators. Due to the high rate of unemployment coupled with the Mortgage and Real Estate decline the government as allocated over $15 Billion dollars to the 2009 Federal Grant Budget. This money must be distributed in 2009, and is designated to go to you as individuals not big corporations.
