WHAT ARE FCI’s PERSONAL TOUCHES?
As the owner of this business, I personally read EVERY email that is sent to www.faycullen.com. Is this comforting? I spent one year trying to contact Customer Service at British Airways on behalf of a friend of mine to whom I had recommended the company as I’m English. They had a terrible flight and my friend ended up in bed for a week after being transferred in a bus from Heathrow to Gatwick airport with no heating……….in December. I never spoke to a ‘person’ and I never received a letter of apology from ‘British Airways’. I never recommended them again! I try to communicate personally with as many potential customers as possible because this is how I would like to be treated. I want you to be so happy with your purchase from my company that you recommend us to all of your friends…..this costs me nothing but first rate Customer Service and first rate Customer Satisfaction.
