What are Favorites, and how do I create them?
Favorites are the news, sports, stocks, horoscopes and weather information that you want easy, voice-command access to when you're in your vehicle. You can create favorites online, and reference them later by name in the vehicle, or you can create favorites while you’re in your vehicle. Creating favorites online: Log in to your SYNC owner account and look for the Traffic, Directions and Information module to get started. Click the Personalize Your Services button and look for the area of the site called Favorites and follow the directions to create and save your favorites. Then, when you're in your vehicle and connected to Traffic, Directions and Information, just say, “Favorites” to hear your selections.
