What are External or Linked Accounts?
A. These are accounts maintained at other financial institutions that you have electronically linked with your WTDirect Account – establishing an electronic funds transfer connection. This link enables transfers between accounts within 3-5 business days. Eligible accounts include those held at other U.S.-chartered financial institutions that are able to accept ACH transfer requests and online investment accounts held at brokerage firms.
