What are executors and who is allowed to be one?
Executors are responsible for finalising all the details of your Will, such as obtaining probate and winding up of the estate. Anybody over the age of 18 at you death and of sound mind can be an executor. You can also appoint a bank trustee department to be an executor. It general, executors must be considered to be capable of the role and above all honest.
