What are examples of latic acid and alcoholic fermentation?
Examples of lactic acid fermentation are the ones that occur when muscles are stressed, ie in exercise, and in fermented milks or “pickled” vegetables via lactic acid bacteria. Examples of alcoholic or ethanol fermentation are the ones that occur in alcohol and bread making. Fermentation, pertaining to the examples I have given, pretty much occurs when oxygen is insufficient or absent. They are classified into their end products: lactic acid and ethanol.
