Assessment of a business is one of the keys to its success. One of the more popular assessment methods emerging for sustainable business is the scorecard system. Considering that the Balanced Scorecard system is financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth and that the Reflective Scorecard system includes Financiers, Owners, Customers and Suppliers, Internal Process, Employees and Learning, and finally Society and Planet, what are business indicators that would support these systems? Future oriented thinking is encouraged and current indicators in use are desired.
