What are Evozon’s procedures regarding holidays, vacations, and time off?
Only Romanian public holidays will be observed, of which there are maximum ten per annum. These public holidays are January 1st, 2nd, and 24th, the first and second day of Easter (depending on whether the Employee is Orthodox or Catholic), May 1st, the first and second day of Whitsuntide, August 15th, December 1st, 25th and 26th. Supplier closes between Christmas and the New Year and may bridge some days before and after if close to weekends. None of these above holidays are working or billable days. On top of the national holidays, the Supplier’s employees are entitled to twenty-one days of vacation per year, taken at a time of their choosing, but not without a two week notice.
