Evergreen Court is strictly a rental retirement community. Independent Living apartments are leased on a six month term, then become month-to-month with the right to cancel at anytime with a 20 day notice. Assisted Living apartments are leased on a month-to-month basis. A small entrance fee is required for all Assisted Living residents.
