Together, we will send information online, via e-mail, and by U.S. mail, so that you are up to date and ready for the conversion. In addition, E*TRADE is deploying systems to ensure a smooth transfer of your BrownCo account(s). Your service will be provided by your current BrownCo representatives who have been invited to join E*TRADE as well as other members of E*TRADE’s Customer Service team, to make sure your first experience with E*TRADE meets your expectations.
