What are eStatements and how can I get signed up?
eStatements are statements that are delivered to you via email rather than paper mail. When your statement is processed, we will send you an email letting you know your monthly statement is ready and can be viewed by logging into your account on BayFedOnline. Your eStatement will look identical to your paper statement and will include all the same information. You will no longer receive paper statements via regular postal mail. If you’d like to sign up for eStatements simply log into your account on BayFedOnline and click the “eStatements” button at the top of your screen. To stop paper statement delivery, an additional step is needed. Choose “Click here to stop receiving paper statements.” You will be presented with an agreement box. Choose the “Agree” button.
