Enterprise Agreements are the Terms and Conditions of Employment that have been negotiated between the employer, employee and employee representatives, and approved by Fair Work Australia. SCEA has two enterprise agreements: the SCEA Operational Staff Enterprise Agreement 2010, and the SCEA Teachers’ Enterprise Agreement 2010. These can be found on the SCEA website.
