Qualified transit expenses include: • Transportation in a commuter highway vehicle; such as a van, seating at least six passengers. • Transit Passes; such as tokens, vouchers, and passes for mass transit, including bus, rail, and ferry. • If a local transit plan is available to the employer, transit passes must be purchased through salary deduction and are not available as a reimbursement. • Tolls and EZ passes are excluded.
