Elden Collections does not accept responsibility for damage or loss incurred in transit. Contact the shipper immediately to file a freight claim. Elden is not responsible for filing any claims on freight-damaged merchandise. Claims must be filed directly by the receiver. The shipper will have the damaged item inspected by an agent of their choosing. They may opt to have the damage repaired on site or to return the item to the factory for repair or replacement. Any repairs to be done on site are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
