What are E-Statements?
E-Statements are a way to receive your monthly statement online. Once you agree to enroll in E-Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement. You will then receive an e-mail that alerts you when your statement is ready. Do I have to be an online banking customer to enroll on E-Statements? You must be signed up for Middleton Community Banks online banking to receive your statement online. How do I sign up? You simply enroll online. The steps to enroll are very simple and are outlined below: • Log into your Online Banking account • Click on the Options tab • Click on the Document tab (verify your email address is correct here) • Select the account(s) for which you would like to receive an e-mail notification when your monthly/quarterly statement is available for viewing. • Click Submit • Read agreement, and click on “I agree” to enroll • You will receive a confirmation e-mail (this will arrive within a few moments). You must confirm your email address to finalize enrollment. •
