What are e-learning strengths and weaknesses?
Most important e-learning advantages: reduction of expenses, time saved in result of lack of preparatory activities, training efficiency as a result of accurately composed didactic materials, ability to shape the training freely and deliver users up to date educational materials just in time. General weaknesses of this method include: high initial costs, need of proper IT infrastructure, lower efficiency in teaching soft skills and less possibilities of interaction with other participants.
