He received his doctorate in clinical psychology, specializing in Reichian psychotherapy, from the International College. Dr. Bernstein earned post-doctoral recognition and Diplomate status from the American Psychotherapy Association and is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the American Group Psychotherapy Association, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
