What are Dogtown potatoes and why is everyone talking about them?
Well, we start with Idaho potatoes (ask if anyone else in town uses them, they cost 50% more that the common “Chef” potato used for grilled homefries) we coat them with seasoned bread crumbs, then fry them. The result is a delicious crusty but not greasy potato. They’re difficult to make, but so many customers have told us how much they love them, we’ll just have to keep making them.
