What are distribution maps?
These are maps with colored points identifying the location of each caller. They quickly show areas of strong, weak or overlapping customer penetration. They can also help determine the effectiveness of various forms of advertising. Information acquired via Tele-Mining can be imported to Microsoft’s Map Point software, or as an additional service, Client Discovery can create a map for you.
