What are distributed refresh and burst refresh?
Distributed refresh and burst refresh are typical refresh methods. Distributed refresh is a method in which refresh cycles are periodically executed at equal intervals. For example, if the refresh cycle is 8,192/64ms, 8,192 refreshes are performed within 64ms at regular intervals of 7.8us. Burst refresh is a method in which refresh cycles are executed in succession within a given period. For example, if the refresh cycle is 8,192/64ms, 8,192 refreshes are performed in succession over a short time within 64ms.
