What are different ways to meditate?
Hello Jennifer H. There are many ways to meditate. You can meditate lying down flat on your back. If you sit down you should sit upright in a straight-backed chair, or assume the Lotus Position as in Yoga.You can play meditation music and close your eyes. You can look at a symbol called a Mandala. You can chant to a phrase, as in Transcendental Meditation. My advice would be to get a book on Meditation from your local library. It isn’t easy to accomplish. But it is beneficial to relax. Good Luck!
