any Law intended to be neutral to positive or negative charges, according to Goddess of Justice with scales and covered eyes..Natural law is always like that, any laws is man made and taking a charge of being negative or positive or name it..Look if lightning strike me or you it would considered to be a rare statistic (Natural one) if it strikes a president Bush, or O.J Simpson, it will be Gods Wrath.( positive one, or negative one depend of judge). It suggests that Goddess of Justice in human world appear to possess limited human intellect, sword and in 20/20 vision.
