What are differences between moisturizing lotions and creams?
In large part lotions have a larger percentage of alcohols in its base, hence why it drys quickly. Creams have a larger water content. For many people either one will work well. However if you have dry or sensitive skin, then a cream will work far better than most lotions. My favorite moisterizing creams are Cetaphil Cream, Cera Ve cream, Aveeno moisterizing cream, and Aquaphor Ointment.
