What Are Design Limitations for Custom Moldsets?
If you need a custom moldset consider that your design must fit onto a mold surface that moves about a fixed center of rotation. On a mold set we can use about 6″ max of the curved surface. The maximum length of a mold set is dependent on which machine the moldset will be mounted. If a new mold design is to fit both the MT-20 and the SA-21 working spaces, then multiple constraints will have to be dealt with. Please feel free to contact us at Aaburco, Inc.
