What are DESI Pictograms?
DESI Pictograms are special symbols that can be used within DESI primarily for hotel and hospitality applications. To use a DESI Pictogram: Choose the desired pictogram from the pictogram reference found inside the User Guide, and note the key code for the pictogram. Click the text box within DESI where you want the pictogram to appear. Select the font “DESI Pictograms” or “DESI Pictograms Inverse” Type the appropriate key code and click “OK” Since DESI Pictograms are fonts, changing the color or size of a symbol is easy. Simply highlight the text box containing the symbol you wish to modify and choose the desired effect from the toolbar (see Chapter 3 of the User Guide Customizing Your Label for more information).
