What are dental porcelain veneers?
Dental porcelain veneers are thin porcelain layers, which are stuck directly to the front of the teeth. During a normal treatment, six porcelain veneers (it can be even more) are stuck to incisor and canine teeth of the upper and lower jaw. If your teeth are healthy, two visits are sufficient to apply the veneers. At first the doctor grinds the teeth slightly under local anesthesia and makes an impression of client’s teeth. During the next appointment, the doctor sticks the finished veneers on the teeth.
