What are Dedicated (Captive) Private Networks?
Ans. Captive networks are those networks in which , the equipment and facilities are owned and operated by licensee itself.Third party ownership and provision of services is not covered under the category of private network. Such networks are normally permitted to public utilities for their specialised requirements.Requirements of other users are met mostly from the DTS network.
