What are decrees?
Decrees and mantras are worded matrices, sometimes short and sometimes very long, that are sponsored and released by an Ascended Master for a particular action of spiritual light. Decrees are alchemical tools that can be used for transmuting the negatives in our psychology. Decrees and mantras have been given to devotees over the centuries as means of invoking particular vibrations of spiritual light. These decrees and mantras, given through a legitimate guru are the Word that form vessels for the holding and the release of spiritual light in the physical dimension through the use of the throat chakra. We use decrees in conjunction with the work on our Spiritual Psychology to invoke the light that is necessary for our protection, healing and the transmutation of our darkness.
