Next Day Air orders received at Southern Air Concepts, Inc. by 11:00 am are usually shipped the same day. Reznor’s official policy is to ship super-stock parts within 24 hrs. In your parts price sheet next to the part number is a “ss” this means super stock. These items are to be shipped within a 24 hr period. If the part is not marked “ss” then you may request NDA subject to a $40 expedite charge plus NDA charges. In some cases the part may require fabrication or other sourcing and they will not guarantee shipment within 24 hrs.
