What are cut-off minutes?
We do not want to cut off your service in the middle of a call, and cut-off minutes help prevent you from going over your minutes by suspending your service while you still have a few remaining minutes. We recommend setting cut-off minutes for 10 minutes so that when you have only 10 minutes remaining, your service will be suspended until more minutes are added. You can adjust the number of minutes for your cut-off minutes at anytime. Because we dont cut off your last call, you can potentially go over your remaining minutes, and those overage minutes are deducted when your next cash card or plan is loaded.
