What are Customer Keys and where do I find them?
If you purchase your Test Prep Software from Gleim Publications, your Customer Key(s) will be located within the document that came with your shipment. It is an eight-digit string of random numbers and letters. If you purchased your Test Prep Software through a bookstore (or anywhere other than Gleim), the Customer Key will be located on an orange sticker on the inside CD-sleeve that the Test Prep Software came in. If you cannot find your Customer Key(s) or are still having problems activating your Test Prep Software, please fill out our Help Request form or contact Gleim Technical Support at support@gleim.com .
