Cultural Leadership training workshops take place after each From the Top live radio show taping with the young musicians who have appeared on that show. During this two-hour workshop, From the Top musicians discuss what it means to be advocates for the arts. Young Artist Award recipients are all expected to participate in a Cultural Leadership outreach program, either self-designed or arranged by From the Top.
