CREPOs were the initial idea behind Empire creation in the EPG. Golden Hydra Industries is not using the Design Bible that Twin Forces or NME used, and is programming the EPG with their own design in mine. More than likely, however, a CREPO-like system will still become the basis for Empire generation.
