A. These are a blend of all of our favorite types of cookies. Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Macaroon (Coconut), with nuts added. We typically use pecan nuts in our Cowboy Cookies. They are crispy but still chewy. They are a large cookie – about 4″ in diameter…the serving size of one per person for the $1.00 price per cookie.
