What are Cover-All buildings made of?
Our framework is constructed of ViperSteel®, which is 10% stronger than competitive steel and clad with triple coated Gatorshield® corrosion barrier. Independent salt-spray tests show that Gatorshield® provides a service life three times longer than conventional galvanized steel. All welds are sandblasted and then finished with a state-of-the-art molten zinc anti-corrosion process. Cover-All’s DuraWeave® high performance fabric-membranes are virtually maintenance free and are backed by a 15-year pro rata warranty. Developed exclusively for Cover-All, DuraWeave’s patented double stack weave provides unmatched strength to weight ratios and tremendous rip, tear and puncture resistance.
