At this point, most courts are handling pro se filings in the traditional manner – over the counter. Court staff will then scan the documents into the system. Louisiana Middle has provided directions and equipment at the intake window in order for pro se filers to file via CM/ECF. Petition Preparers are also encouraged to file .pdf files on diskette.
