What are Council’s responsibilities for WSUD?
Gold Coast City Council is responsible for the stormwater system in streets, parks and creeks. Council will oversee the long-term maintenance of WSUD elements; however, some developers in the Pimpama Coomera region have made a commitment to maintaining their landscaped environment (incorporating WSUD principles) for a period of time after completion of the development.
