What are cookies and how to check if they are enabled?
Cookies are a secure way for us to keep track of your online banking session. They are valid for one session only and each time you log on, you receive a new set of cookies. Here’s how to check that they are enabled: • On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options. • Click the Security tab. • Click the Customize Level button. Scroll down until you find the section for cookies. Select enable for both options. • Click “Yes” if Internet Explorer prompts you to save settings.
