What are Conversations and how to I use them?
OWA 2010 gives a new view for e-mails by default, which is termed “Conversation View.” The view that you are used to is “arrange by date.” The conversation view sorts all these lengthy e-mails by conversation. So, all the e-mails shown above are shown as a single entry. You can expand the e-mails and it will show a snapshot of all the replies that has come for that conversation. If you belong to mailing lists, sometimes, the group will engage in discussions that don’t interest you at all. Now you don’t even have to see them. Just right click on the conversation and select “Ignore Conversation” and any further messages in that conversation will be automatically deleted.
