What are Continuing Education Hours (CEHs)?
Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) are continuing education units that equal one contact hour—each hour consisting of a direct learning activity also sometimes referred to as CEUs (continuing education units), LUs (learning units), CUs (contact units) or PDUs (professional development units). Both the AIA and the state licensing boards base their programs on the contact hour.
