New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year s Eve Day. A letter is mailed annually to vendors/family/consumers reviewing the total number of unpaid days for the fiscal year.
