Clear liquids are not always really clear. Broth of any kind are clear foods. Non alcoholic liquids, not including milk are clear. Popcyles and jello are clear liquids. The only thing in them is food coloring. Soda pops are good. Stay away from fruit juices. Of course, water is a clear liquid.
