What are conservative views on Environment?
The fact is, the environment isn’t in any immediate danger. If the messenger is profiting off the message [Al Gore], the Message is pushed more for their profit. Second if we where in an immediate crisis, why do we sitll burn fossil fuels, why don’t we switch fuel sources, or ban the use of automobiles. Even hybrids still give off CO2. The idiot argument is to say it reduces the out put of CO2, and my logical response is it still contributes to the problem thus it isn’t a solution. Just a prolonged problem. They are trying to pass a carbon emissions tax on companies that give off CO2. Which I don’t understand since American’s give off CO2 by driving cars, flying in plans, public transits, farting, breathing, and other miscellaneous activities like burning wood in your fire place. It’s stupid to pass a carbon emissions tax on companies, because what you’re doing is costing those companies more money.
