What are confirmation texts and when will I receive them?
Confirmation texts are sent out after you record a Jott Message. If you create a Jott Message via Jott Express, the website or send a Jott Message to the Outlook plug-in a confirmation text will not be sent. If you are on Jott Basic plan, the text you receive will include a notification your Jott Message is ready to view on the Jott website. If you are on Jott, Jott Pro or a Pay-as-you-go plan, the text will include the text of the Jott Message you recorded. The confirmation texts setting can be found in the Phones section of the My Account page and can be turned on or off for each of your registered phone numbers.
