What are conditions for ordering through the Web site or Kaiser Permanente Contact Lens Refill Center?
You must have placed your first order for a new contact lens prescription at the Kaiser Permanente Optical Services department. This ensures the current prescription information and expiration date is in our system to refill future orders. Your contact lens prescription must not be expired. If your prescription is expired, you will need to obtain a new eye exam and fill the first order of the new prescription at the Kaiser Permanente Optical Service department located where you received your eye exam. All subsequent refill orders can be placed through the Web site or the Kaiser Permanente Contact Lens Refill Center.
