What are compelling reasons for relocating a company (branch , group or division) to a Rocky Mountain State?
I’m looking for experienced opinions regarding what would motivate a high-tech or light-industrial company (in any part of the world) to set up an operating facility in a small, but modern and upscale, USA city located in the state of Montana, in the Rocky Mountains (which, I must say, has incredible year-round lake and Alpine-like beauty). A colleague of mine is well into developing a state-of-the-art 55-acre business park and has asked for my advice on how to attract companies.
