What are Community services (sometimes called “Provider Services”, “PHC”, “CBA”)?
This program is funded by the State of Texas (Medicaid), and is administered by “Evercare” and “Superior” HMO’s. Community services such as: “CBA”. “PHC”, or “Provider Services” can cover a broad range of needs both temporary and permanent. Often times our clients require only minimal assistance, a couple of hours each day in the morning and evening to help with morning and evening activities.
