What are Common Embouchure Woodwind Problems?
The word “embouchure” refers to the way the mouth is used to produce a sound on a musical instrument. Embouchure itself actually should be considered an instrument because without it the musical instrument would make no sound. Developing a proper embouchure takes a lot of practice and patience. Unless done properly, there will be either no sound at all or inadequate sound. Each woodwind instrument presents its own problems for the player and his embouchure.
